DELIVERY AND REFUNDS POLICY
Welcome to Lux Celebrations. This Delivery and Refunds Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of our products and services, as well as the refund policy for cancellations. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following policy. Please read this policy carefully before making any bookings or purchases. If you do not agree with this policy, please refrain from using our services.
Delivery Time
You acknowledge and accept that all our products and services are subject to delivery and setup fees. The rates for delivery and pick-up may vary based on factors such as the time of day, location, order quantity, and manpower requirements. Our typical delivery time is 2-48 hours prior to the start of the event. After-hours delivery and pick-up can be arranged for an additional charge.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the rental equipment is disassembled and returned to its original location before the scheduled pickup time unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Failure to prepare the equipment for pickup may result in additional rental, labour, and pickup costs.
Cancellation
We only accept cancellation requests if they are made at least 60 days prior to the event. We do not accept any cancellation requests within 60 days of the event.
Refunds
Please note that all our products and services are generally non-refundable. However, we may offer the option to reschedule your booking within one year from the original event date, subject to availability and our rescheduling policy.
Weather or Force Majeure Events

In the event of bad weather or any force majeure event, we do not offer refunds. However, we may allow rescheduling as per our policy. Please contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.
